GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The content of the website www.zuya.si and all its variants (hereinafter: www.zuya.si) is the property of the company ZUJA d.o.o., Meja 8, 4211 Mavčiče, Slovenia (hereinafter: ZUJA d.o.o.). By using the website www.zuya.si, users accept the published general terms and conditions. ZUJA d.o.o. and the users also regulate their mutual obligations regarding purchases made in the online store www.zuya.si by these general terms.
The general terms and conditions are compiled in accordance with applicable Slovenian legislation.
ZUJA d.o.o. reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions on the website www.zuya.si at any time and without prior notice. All changes to the general terms and conditions are binding for users.
1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The general terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase shall remain unchanged during that time. If changed later, the terms valid at the time of purchase apply.
ZUJA d.o.o. reserves the right to amend any content of the website or the general terms and conditions without prior notice, but changes will not affect ongoing purchases. ZUJA d.o.o. strives to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information possible; however, slight discrepancies may occur in item descriptions, delivery times, prices, colors, materials, or textures. The seller’s liability is limited to the value of the purchase price.

2. LIMITED RIGHT OF USE
Visitors may use the contents of www.zuya.si exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes. All content is copyright protected. Any other use, such as copying, publishing, or distributing the content or its parts, is prohibited without prior permission from ZUJA d.o.o.
3. USER REGISTRATION
You may register as a user at www.zuya.si. Content is also available to anonymous, unregistered users (guests). Registered users must provide the required data during registration. Each registered user receives a username and password, which must be kept secret. The user must ensure that only they or an authorized person uses the account. Users are solely responsible for the content they enter on the www.zuya.si website.
The end customer in the online store www.zuya.si is exclusively the registered user who purchases goods for personal or non-profit purposes. Only natural persons or contractual partners can be buyers on www.zuya.si.
4. PRIVACY PROTECTION
Data submitted via forms or other means (e-mail, phone, etc.) on www.zuya.si is confidential and handled in accordance with applicable Slovenian legislation. ZUJA d.o.o. will protect personal data and prevent misuse. Data will only be used for the purposes for which the user has given consent.
Users are also responsible for protecting their personal data by securing their usernames and passwords.
ZUJA d.o.o. uses SSL encryption technology for the transmission of personal data, including during order processes. Payment card data is transmitted directly and securely to the bank’s authorization server.
5. ORDERING PROCESS
Products available at www.zuya.si may be purchased by users from EU countries and gifted to third parties within the EU. Buyers from Slovenia can also purchase Zuja gift vouchers.
An order is considered submitted when the user receives an automatic confirmation email. This does not confirm product availability or shipping. Order confirmation follows within 2 business days via email.
If the item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified by email. Confirmed orders are considered final. Orders can be canceled free of charge before the order confirmation email is received.
Customers can modify their orders in their account or by emailing changes to shop@zuya.si.
ZUJA d.o.o. may reject orders in case of suspected misuse. Placing an order confirms awareness and acceptance of the general terms.
The purchase contract is stored with ZUJA d.o.o. and is accessible to the buyer via their user account.
Gifts
Buyers from EU countries can send purchased items as gifts to third parties within the EU. Cash on delivery is not available for gifts. ZUJA d.o.o. will deliver the gift and send the invoice to the buyer.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND COMPLAINTS
Buyers may return items within 14 days with the original receipt. Notify us in writing at shop@zuya.si within 14 days. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and with a copy of the receipt to:

Returns are also accepted at ZUJA d.o.o. retail locations.
Refunds are issued to the buyer’s bank account (or PayPal if used). Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and cancellation notice.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Custom-made products (e.g. embroidery, print) are non-refundable.
Returns sent with cash on delivery will be rejected.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Buyers may claim defects within two years of purchase. Claims must be submitted within two months of discovering the defect. The seller will acknowledge the complaint within five business days and inform the buyer of the procedure.
7. PRICES
Prices are in euros (EUR). For EU customers, VAT is included. For non-EU customers, VAT is not charged, but they must pay any import duties per the local legislation.
Prices, discounts, and terms valid at the time of order submission apply.
Special offers are valid as stated on www.zuya.si. Prices may differ from retail stores.
8. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Shipping is handled by GLS, DHL, or Pošta Slovenije and its partners. Shipping charges vary by country and are shown before completing the order. VAT applies to EU customers. Non-EU customers do not pay VAT.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
ZUJA d.o.o. aims to resolve disputes out of court. If unresolved, the competent court in Kranj has jurisdiction.
